Eden Collection

Set within the quiet, leafy streets of Tugun, Eden is a luxurious collection of only 5 exclusive villas. Commissioned by Kingbella Group to provide a preliminary design for Feasibility purposes. A challenging steep site well located off a reserve connecting to beach 250m away.

Maximising footprint allowed 5 large private villas, where most could only provide 4 villas - allowing the project to commence. Kingbella handed over to the investor representatives, Chapter Two, to oversee a design and construct contract with Allroe Constructions.
