The NCT Group negotiated to develop an ‘abandoned project’ in the Genting Highlands - near the Genting group Casino. Initially 800 apartments in 4 towers and 2 low rise blocks - the piling and structure was already in place for phase one buildings prior to commencing works.

During the acquisition phase the client requested a tower to be placed on the existing carpark podium, while negotiations were in place with a potential operator, the Best western group. Phase one is completed and operating. Which includes all operator facilities and infinity edge enclosed pool area.

Despite challenging parameters, such as the unique highland tropical climate, limited budget for finishes and remote project difficulty in sourcing quality craftsmen, the project is a multiple international award winning development.
