Shiki Niseko Resort

Friend and Client of Vaughn, Low Gee Teong (Datuk) and Wife Yune Ei enjoy skiing in northern Japan and on one trip decided to develop their own resort on the ski fields of Niseko, with the backing of the family development group. Commencing work at the beginning of a major international economic downturn.

Vaughn brought on board DBI, however designed and documented from the Kuala Lumpur office, a 76 apartment, studio and penthouse ‘ski in ski out’ resort with 4xF&B outlets including facilities. Working with the incomparable Local Architect Mr Uehara. After a profitable sale, it is currently operating as Chatrium Resort.
